1. Choosing a company only by price doesn't work.  The truth is, when we invest wisely, we get what we pay for.  Beware of unbelivably low prices.  Some companies use pricing strategies that I feel are unethical.  They prey upon the poor, elderly, and the feeble-minded.  Call the cheapest company you can find, and I'll wager you get a sales pitch and lousy cleaning.  It only makes sense that the cheapest cleaning agents, cheap cleaning equipment and cheap personnel spending as little time as possible cleaning your carpet.  Is that really going to remove all the contaminants, oils, dirt, and sand from the carpets?  If not, then the lowest price company isn't a bargain at all.
2. Which method is better?  One method of carpet cleaning is as good as another?  NO!  The dry cleaning methods, which are dry foam, dry chemicals, and dry compound, do not rinse your carpet in any way.  The most effective cleaning method is hot water extraction.  Hot water extraction means a hot water cleaning solution under high pressure is forced into your carpet and then sucked out of your carpet.  Shaw Industries, the word's largest carpet manufacturer, recommends hot water extraction as the primary method of cleaning carpets.
3. Cleaning your carpet yourself is a waste of time and money.  Sure you can rent a machine or buy one, but how much of those contaminants do you think it will really get out?  If it worked one-tenth as well as our professional equipment, I would never have spent the money on REAL cleaning equipment.  Most home and rental machines are just toys.
4. We set firm appointment times.  We call ahead if we get ahead or behind schedule.
5. Prompt response.  We usually have openings any time you would like.
6. Honest pricing.  No sales gimmicks, no hidden costs.
7. The best cleaning method.  REAL professional cleaning equipment and fully trained technicians that really know how to clean carpet and upholstery.
8. The most thorough cleaning or it's FREE.  If you don't feel we have done the best possible cleaning job that can be done on your carpet, even after a complimentary follow-up cleaning, we will gladly refund your money.
